20% with about 8-12% oil
Dont use 10% because it will hurt the engine and you wont get any performance
30% will give the most performance but less engine life

I run 33% Traxxas TopFuel in all my revo's. All though 20% is also a good choice. I like the 33% for the little added power and a cooler running motor. I would suggest 20% if this is your first nitro since the tuning window is a little smaller with the 33% than with the 20%

You can use any fuel you like... I just use the TopFuel because its easy to get and its good fuel.

What is a good temp gun
I use the HPI hand held temp gun.

and what are good after run oil
I use Hobbico after run oil.

and air filter oil

I use the Motor Saver air filter made for the revo with traxxas filter oil.

Use traxxas 20%, do not add 8-12% oil. traxxas allready added it in the fuel.
Traxxas 30% or 33% is also good but the engines life is shorter and the engine will run hotter.

Get a on board temp gauge. I use a traxxas temp gauge.

Get a motor saver air filter and traxxas filter oil. Any after run is good, you can get all this stuff at your LHS. For long life 20% traxxas fuel only. The others are good but traxxas fuel is set for traxxas engines. [sm=rolleyes.gif]

traxxas says around 5 gallons for the averidge engine, but a well looked after engine, with a good tune and that isent driven to hard (like no WOT runs for more then 10 secands) can get 10 or so gallons of fuel

dont worry the car will last forever, the engine will ware out long before car does, but you will proberly upgrade alot before they ware out or break, worst part of the car i'v found for ware and tear are the main bearing in the axel carriers for the back wheels.

Depends on how often you run, tuning, engine size and driving style. Theres no way to give an estimate, it varies considerably person to person, truck to truck.
