2 STRETCH OR NOT TO STRETCH
I bent my original chasis after months of bashing and numerous inverted landings. I had the new era mount that sticks up past the roll bar. Afterwards I have since bought TWO 3.3 chasis the first had the traxxas brace which is no match for the new era BB kit and the second now has the qoncepts brace and engine mount. I just recently crashed and had to bend it back straight. Now it is good to go I am planning on purchasing a carbon fiber chassis and I am completly stumped as to whether I should get the regular or the extended carbon fiber chassis.
all I do is bash I have the STS 30 with a LRP spec 3 as the back up engine. And I am running a side pipe. What do you guy's thing is the way to go in carbon fiber stock or extended.

Carbon Fiber advantages: extremely light, does not bend, looks good, strong
Stock: heavier, cheaper, wont snap in half but will bend
I would go w/ the vantage 3.3 chasis[8D]

RE: 2 STRETCH OR NOT TO STRETCH
I never had this problems until I went BB the Qoncepts kit is much better in design especially when coupled with the qoncepts brace.
I did a search on the traxxas site and I see a lot of people have problems with the vantage chassis cracking in the same spot right in front of the tank right after the "E" in vantage. most of them just made a simple brace and are still running the chassis todaywith no further issues. (posts) I would rather buy two stockeers then spend 150 on a carbon fiber one that is prone to breaking.
Has Vantage fixed this problem yet?
