throttle servo troubles

Default throttle servo troubles

i just installed my failsafe and got it set up and it works but whenever i turn the electronics on in my truck it goes to full brakes and makes a weird noise. anyone know the problem?

i think i fixed it, the servo was getting stuck on the rod thingy, so i put a tiny bit of oil on it to make it smoother.
i'll test er out later tonight

the servo will make a noise when it gets hung up...or is held at its furthest end point

Make sure your linkage is nice and smooth dont tighten down the screws to tight. for example: Revo's Throttle servo_T is a 2 peice setup. if i over torque the screws it makes the servo work to hard, and it will either make noise or bend the throttle rod.

Just make sure the assembly is hindgeable, and free moving.
