RE: motor question
The TM has alot more torque and a little more HP , my son can pull wheelies from a dead stop and rolling at 5-10 mph with his REVO .18TM .
I like the 3.3 , but I like the O.S. .18TM alot better !

RE: motor question
Is there some reason you're asking that question?
If the 3.3 is doing fine for then why would you change?
If the 3.3 has issues then you need to determine if they are the fault of the engine or the operator. (no offense intended but sometimes newbs have engine issues that they think a new motor will fix when what they really need is more experence)
If you just want more power then the TM is not your best choice.

+1
You need to look into a Picco or any .21+ big block if you are craving for some power.

RE: motor question
Below is a collection of information for the COMMON small & mid block engines installed in a REVO. I have avoided HP, Torque, & Price intentionally. I thought this might be useful to someone thinking about replacing their engine. This list deals with what is commonly called “Drop-in” engines. If I have missed any or have any wrong info please let me know. Opinions & comments are always accepted (like I have a choice…lol)
EZ = EZstart
RT= Rotostart or Jumpstart
PS= Pullstart
SB=starter box (bump start)
RT adapter: Conversion that replaces the EZ or PS on a PS engine
SB adapter: Conversion that replaces the EZ or PS w/o grinding down crank nub
Non PS version: Used for new install with SB
Note: You can usually bump start an engine with a RT or PS in place but you’re still carrying the weight of it.
