I don't know. Someone on here actually posted this link awhile back and said it works great, and I saved it to my favorites to use on my motor. You could always use the Traxxas method if you aren't too sure on what to do.

traxxas way is the way i go with my engines, then agian im bad at breaking them in, but it keeps me going for 5-8 gallons.

Do heat cycles, theres an article on RCU about it do a search, Ive done it for all of my engines and they all run/last fine. Traxxas method is crap and dont use it unless you want you're engine to last 6 gallons or less[:@]

true dont use the traxxas method. i used the manual wich says to run 5 tanks turning the HSN 30 degrees each time worx fine
