There's an old saying that's good to remember when dealing with customer service anywhere - especially when you want them to do something for you.

"You can catch more flies with honey than viniger"

People need to set their frustration and anger aside when corosponding with any customer service people.

Think about it, You work all day long answering phones and dealing with peoples problems. Who are you going to try to help the most? The guy that calls and is polite, calm and reasonable OR The one that calls ranting about this POS and how much it sucks?

It's just human nature folks.

I was perfectly polite, I didn't take my anger out on Traxxas at all. The guy just completely dismissed what I said and TOLD ME that the engine was over-revved when it was half a gallon old and was babied for the first 15 tanks. Wasnt even properly bashed, just driven around the backyard where you cant go WOT or get hung up on anything. Im a very courteous person until you piss me off and when someone doesnt listen to me when I calmly tell them that their product failed that peeves me off.... This event happened TWICE, thats $100 bucks for two piston and sleeves. I could have bought a new engine..... Instead I dealt with the BS and now theres my old 8 gallon piston/sleeve sitting in that engine
