whats the best way to keep the battery wires from pullin out of the stick packs??????

Electrical tape.


Edit: Or take apart the shrink wrap and re-solder the wires. then tape it back up.

Yep, Id say resolder and tape - or reshrink wrap them. I gotta tell ya though, I've been using 6 cell stick packs for 20+ years and never had wires pull out of the pack, or the plug for that matter. I did have one deans plug have a wire come off but that was my fault as it was a cold solder joint.
