Default Need help !!!

hey my bud has a revo 2.5R it will run good for 10 min then it will cut off and wont crank back up ! if i take the plug out and drain and then restart it might crank then . it gets good and hot about 210f then dies and wont crank till it cools ...... sombody please tell me whats wrong !!!! using traxx 20% fuel

Probably time for a new piston and sleeve. The carb is horrible on those things too!

Yep, I hate to be the bearer of bad news as well, I definately agree with the others in that it sounds like ur piston and sleeve are definately toast!! Whenever symptons such as these occur, it is a definatel tell-tale sign of piston and sleeve that are on their way "southward" for lack of a better terms(s)....
