Take a good hefty zip tie and put it through the exhaust port and turn the flywheel, that should pop the sleeve up enough for you to grab it with you hand. Keep in mind it will take a good amount of wiggling and pulling before it pops out. After the sleeve is out, you can just pop the piston and con rod off the crankshaft.
