Default Extended chassis worth it?

I have an extended chassis for my maxx that I got in a trade I kinda wish I would have built it on the extended chassis. So my question is is it worth it I dont have any of the drive shafts or any of the linkages for it unless the stock ones will fit it. Or should I just sell it since I already have the truck built and use the extra money ot pay for my new,rpm arms and tire I just bought for it? If I do sell it what are they worth. Then agian I could throw my extra .28 axial big block on it? iM SO INDECISIVE ROGHT NOW SOMEONE POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION???

The only thing the extended chassis is good for is unless you plan on putting a big block in it, or if you just want to look bigger than other T-Maxxes. I've done mine 3 yrs ago and I still have the same Sirio .23 in it, but I do plan on putting a big block in it. As far as the drive shafts, I've been using half shafts and have never had a problem. You might have to get the motor mounts from New Era. And get 14mm wheel extenders because mine kept flipping when turning at higher speeds. Plus it looks better wider and longer. I love the way mine's look compared to a regular T-Maxx. Get the mounts and put that Axial in there.

I have the mounts for the motor. What about the linkages for throttle/brake and steering can I use the stock stuff ot do I need to get those elsewhere.

Depending on whose chassis it is you might not be able to use the carb linkage bellcrank post but everything worked on mine except for the chassis braces but I have mine rigged up until I get some from New Era.

That's thicker than the one I had but it looks like he used the stock carb linkage bellcrank post. Looks like everything is stock except for the engine mount but if you run the 2.5 or 3.3 you can use the stock engine mounts.

Should be a simple swap. What did he use for the driveshaft? I used the shafts that go from the wheels to the diffs. Saves money.
