Any idea why my new 3.3 will instantly die if my T-Maxx rolls?
It was a 2.5 T-Maxx that I upgraded the motor in. My old motor never did this. If I rolled it onto its side or onto the roof it would idle for at least a little while, or if I pulsed the throttle a little I could get it to stay running until I got over to it to flip it back. This 3.3 just dies, and I mean in less that a second. No reving up, no bogging down, just stops. Any ideas?
Good temps, smoke and power. I'm on my 7th tank. Blue Thunder 30%, O.S. #8 plug.

RE: Playing Dead
fuel line not long enough. since the fuel pickup is on the bottom of the tank, when you roll it over it wont pick up anymore fuel so when the fuel in your fuel line runs out, it will stall. longer your fuel line, longer it will run while its on its roof

RE: Playing Dead
Stock length fuel line and pressure line.
When I get it flipped back over, it will fire right up, no lag at all. There is still fuel in the line too. Like I said, it doesn't rev or bog, its like flipping off a light switch.
At first I thought i might have just kept blocking the exhast tip, problem is if I hold my finger over the exhast, I cant kill it that fast. I think I have a gremlin or something.
