RE: nitro stampede
not really your better off buying a good MT such as revo t-maxx , or just get a stadium truck such as a rustler or jato.
cuz its really just right in between both the MT and ST class.

Well, at first I just dremeled tabs into the wheelie bar to make it fit into the bulkhead(I took out the battery box). I had a problems with the tabs breaking off because it is only plastic. So I made a piece of aluminum with the same slots and bolted the jato wheelie bar right to it. Works pretty good now. Much better than the stock bumper.

RE: nitro stampede
you could just buy a wheelie bar made for the stampede, their all over ebay. and some company just came out with a metal tube roll cage for the stampede, it is like $60 or something. it looks pretty sweet

Youwish 16: I meant the roll cage. Sorry.
Megamaxx: It handles pretty good for a stampede. Wheelie bar helps ALOT. I love the 2WD also. 2WD stampede + sandy asphalt + 2.5R =burnouts and donuts like there is no tomorrow!

RE: nitro stampede
In my opinion if you bash a nitro Pede hard, they don;t hold up very well, they can be fun, but it looses its charm when you have bigger better hadling trucks in your arsenal. The electric Pede is a good starter truck, but the chassis is not built for nitro power, it just can't take anymore than average play/fun.

RE: nitro stampede
its fun to play around with but yea its not the faster or most durable. but its cheap, thats why i bought it. when i want speed and handling, i take my turmoil to the track but when im sitting at home bored i pull out the stampede and have some fun
