Default Transmitter off LAST!!!

Well after an hour of fun this afternoon, we were getting ready to quit.
I turned off the TX so my Fail Safe put the brakes on to let the fuel burn up.
Then like a big dummy, I reached down and turned off the RX..... Oh. !@#$%&%*!!!!
I couldn't kill the engine fast enough and off she went.. WOT for about 100 ft and into a chain link fence..... a post that is.
That just killed my day. I sent my friend to get the pc's.

Damage:

Bulkhead (have grey's in stock)
Both A-Arm's
Tie rod end
2 shock rod ends
steering drag link

Question.. Are the A-Arms for the 2.5 and 3.3 the same? Tower says no. What parts are the same?

WOT = Wide Open Throttle

Yeah, I was dummy and wasn't thinking and turn the TX and RX off while it was running.
Not too bad though damage was assessed at $30 - I had some parts in stock.

i once started my truck without extending my antena on the remote. i started to drive outside my driveway gate to warm up the engine and it went out of range. it went 1/3 speed under a car and i was lucky that only my air filter broke. had to take the tyres off the truck to get it back out

ouch. can you still get the parts to fix those shocks? pro-line doesn't make them anymore, so you may have to do some searching. good luck.

Just the ends are broken... shafts seem fine.. I'll find ends that fit.

the only difference in 3.3 a armes and 2.5 are the 3.3 have grooves in the lower ones to accodimater the larger shafts
