ok what is the diff between a Picco .26 max and a Picco.26 max red dot

i dont have one, but this was in a post a little bit ago. its something about the crank bein filled with some sort of red putty or something. i cant really remember what its supposed to do, but im sure somebody knows. and the crank has a red dot on it therefore being named "red dot"

the .26 has 2.5 hp an dthe .26 red dot has 2.7 and revs a few k's higher
