I 3rd the picco red dot; howver I would like to mention that the picco's tend to have a narrow tuning window which basically means u have to be pretty good at tuning...

As for big blocks, the Picco .28 3port is one of the best, just like the Jeff Linn Picco red dot is a killer for the small blocks. As for the Axial RR, it is more of a basher engine that wants to be a racing engine. Unfortunately, the RR does not have a racing timing profile.
Also, if you can afford a Rossi, (NovaRossi, GRP, Sirio), these engines are top grade mateirally and powerful out of the box. Modded, they spank. Gandini engines are some of the best engines you can buy.
