During easter but at the end of winter, surely before summer,yet after the ground hog comes out

There is no best time except for the time of day. Try to sell at around 9PM Central time so that everyone in the U.S. can see it during a sensible time period. I'm on the east coast and try to post my auctions at around 10.00PM here.
