Check for loose screws throughout the car. That alone can provide enough static to make the servos twitch. Do you have any carbon fiber on the truck? Because that will cause twitching as well. How's your crystal in the receiver and the remote?

If your antenna is touching anything metal, like leaning on your roll cage, then it will cause interference. Thats the most likely cause, after that its vibrational interference, and if its not that... Then its a problem with the reciever/crystals/servo plugs.

RE: HELP ON sevro Twitching
I had a similar issue one time having servo glitching when running only. Was on a older buggy with alot of metal all over it. Had a alum. cage and all too. I ended up wraping the reciever in foam to keep it incalated from some of the vibration, it helped a ton. I dont advise doing this next step, but i cut my antina down some too and it was totally fixed. I presume you have a nice reciever so cutting the antina is out of the question, and since you already tried a new reciever it might not be that?
I have seen servos themseleve glitch from vibration, that had nothing to do with the reciever. I had to replace a servo that would glitch only when running one time. Try replacing the servo, I know it sounds strange but it worked for me in the past.
