^ The speed should be similar to regular 2-stroke speeds provided that the gearing is right. Should be equivalent to a strong .18 running.

got out today to try and start it.

im happy to find out the starter settup works flawlessly, starter had torque to spare

able to start if for a few seconds, before it flooded, and stalled. i was happy with that and called it a day

how well you think one of the superchargers would work on a 4stroke? ive been pondering this for some time now, but havent ever gotten the funds to try it. i know they are pointless on the 2stroke, but i think it might actually work decent with the 4stroke.

If you got a good supercharger it would work on a 4-stroke. I heard the RB superchargers are junk.

Some 4-stroke engines come with superchargers from the factory. (like YS and I think some OS 4-strokes do too)

yeah rb supercharger are definitely not that great of a design thats for sure but they do provide some boost none the less. i think with some tweaking and some high gear ratio i could see some results. but it will be awhile before i attempt this

Sounds sweet; but since u said it flooded out and died; it probably did that because of where the needles where set at; so obviously u will probably just have to "play" around with the needles a little here and there to get the right settings for it.....but it looks killer on that chassis man!!!! Don't bother with higher nitro. When I got my 4-stroke I talked to several plane guys, and they all said 15% nitro is as high as you want to go. They said anything over 15% you really won't notice a difference.

Also the engines are made to run on 10-15% nitro anyway.
