problems
the input shaft in my e-maxx keeps braking. the little pin that holds in the 2nd gear keeps braking or falling out. do they make a upgraded shaft that isnt the traxxas light wight one? and also the battery tray on the chassis keeps braking too. is they a upgrade that isnt a ton of money(its the old e-maxx)? one more thing the wheel nuts all ways come loose and have wreaked 4 wheels. every time i run it i put new ones one.

Sounds like it's time for a complete overhaul. For the wheel nuts, try low-strength loctite. It works for me.
When you jump the truck, are you landing with it on full throttle?

As far as the battery tray, I'd try to find some skip plates or a roll cage that will protect them. Is the hole that the pin goes in worn out or larger than it should be? How many times has the pin fallen out and how many times has the batt tray broke?

RE: problems
every time the pin falls out i buy a new shaft. the way that the battery tray brakes is from hard landings. i broke about 3-4 chassis that way.
