Default Multiengine telemetry

Wondering if anyone knows of this being available?
I have this fantasy of flying my 421 and when an engine fails i would hear " right rudder" coming from my transmitter. Also wouldn't it be possible to have telemetry tell you when you were flying above a determined altitude?
An exciting time for radio progress.
Thank You in advance.

When you see your 421 yawing and rolling left, and entering a spiral dive to the left, that's it screaming 'right rudder' to you. No need for telemetry.

Probably could be done though.
