Default Counter rotating twins

Hi All
I remember reading some threads about setting up counter rotating glow engines on twin engine planes, I think it was on the P-38, now I'm finishing a giant OV-10 Bronco and after some info, example which engine runs clockwise and which anti clockwise, and I believe the thrust angle on one engine is zero and the other is the normal 2 degrees down and right.
Thanks Barry
