Where to find a Cessna Skymaster kit
I was wondering if someone would have any info on where to buy a Cessna Skymaster kit. I know Hobby Barn carries the Maratuka kit, but would rather go with something else. I would like it to be a 40 or 60 size. Thanks for your help!!

RE: Where to find a Cessna Skymaster kit
I think you will find that kit is a 40-60 size airplane. I am finishing up one of the Royal 336 Skymaster kits now. It is built by the same company as the hobby barn one. I know this because i have ordered the windshield and interior kit for their airplane. I plan on 2 40's in my airplane
A friend has one and has 2 OS 40's in his and it flys just great. I am building mine as a military version. Maratuka i believe made the Royal kit for them in the 80's. I have one of the C-160 Transall kits by CMP and it has a 72 in wingspan, weighs in at 7.75 lbs and has OS LA .25's on it.
THe LA is a bushing engine and i have to fly this model at half throttle, full is just too much. I'll post some pics of the 336 as soon as i can. By the way the 336 is the fixed gear version of the 337.

RE: Where to find a Cessna Skymaster kit
I am currently getting pictures during good weather of a full size O-2B for Bob Banka of a plane that is located in Wichita, Kansas. Bob will have these pictures soon for those interested. This version has the retractable landing gear.
