Jim:

How long is entirely dependent on you. How sharp your skills are, how quickly you figure out that question, and how fast your fingers can move.

I've built similar planes in one sitting, the only real construction is the wing, and with fixed gear it's a quick build anyway.

Bill.

Jim,

I built the Profile-38. It was my first kit. Took two months to do it. Thats about 1-2 hours a night during the week.

I would say 2 months is a reasonable guess.

2 weeks if you're unemployed and can spend 12 hrs a day building.

It took my 13-year-old daughter about 2 weeks to get all of the construction done ... and then she handed it to me and said "Would you cover this for me?" ... with those puppy dog eyes [sm=sunsmiley.gif] It took me another 4 months to "correct a few things" and get it in the air ... and there were a few weeks that I didn't touch it. I can see somebody getting it completed in a few weeks with everything going together easy and having everything on hand to begin with ... otherwise a few months.

Just starting the covering process.
And I have a little over a month in it now.
About 1-3 hours each setting 4-6 hours a few times.
2-3 times a week.

I'll say about 2 months. unless you just Hammer away relentlessly [>:] every day....1-2 weeks.

Good Luck. Fun Build, I enjoyed it.........

Warbirdnutty,

Where and how are you planning to place your receiver? Also, what are your plans to run the rudder and elevator servo wires to the receiver. Are you attaching the battery in the 'battery cutout area' with just a rubberband?

I'm at the same stage as you are in your picture and am considering options for these questions.

BTW - I've been working on this airplane on and off for about 2 months now. Using Magnum xl .25's, Hitec 81's for the throttle and steering, and Airtronic standard BB on everything else.

Thanks,

Scott.
