Default Inline and props??

I am building my first twin from scratch. It is an inline, Skymaster type of setup. My question is, do I need more pitch on the rear engine's prop due to the accellerated air speed coming off the front engine? But once in the air is this as much as a concern due to the forward airspeed of the plane? Also I have read some things stating the vertical centerline of the rear engine being higher is advantagous?
Thanks in advance.
