Considering the antenna and the deicer boot on the vertical fin, and then having a rear window at a steep enough angle to take the picture, I'll guess one of the Cessna twins.
Additionally, considering the angle of the horizontal stabilizer I'd say this picture might well have been developed from film found in a camera at a crash site - the picture was taken as the horizontal stab broke away from the fuselage.
It could be an illusion from the camera angle, of course.

Right. We got a ride in the Collings Foundation B-17. Best 400 bucks I ever spent. If you ever get the chance just do it. Money can be replaced but this will last of a lifetime. Once you have flown in one of these great planes, it gives you a real world idea on what these guys did in the war. The noise, the smell the vibration. UNREAL. Mike
