rrrobb Yes I remember it. Look a lot better than when I remember it.
For the rest of you, this is the work horse for most of my experiments with twins and gryos as seen in these posts and the techniques section at our sister at rcwarbirds.com about flying twins. In that series of stories I wrote about using two gyros to do a single engine take off......this is the plane!!! I can only assume the new owner will also honor us with a single engine take off!!!!!!! maybe????
It is a converted hanger nine ugly stick 60, eight more inches of wing span, and wing plates to reduce the wing loading and make knife edge easier. The wing has full length carbon fiber strips and wood between the spars to increase strength.
If Robb is honest,,,,,,it also has a hidden extra fire wall in the nose for a .25 size engine.
Good Luck,,,,,,,uh......who gets to do the maiden flight......not my plane.......sure I give it a go......25 mph wind.....sure, let's go.!!!
Twins will cause gray hair.......wish I still had some.

I helped rrrobb do the break in and was surprised at the way the Tower 75's ran. With the 11-6 four blade they both tached right at 12,000 and after about a half a tank they were safe to fly.
Take care Jim

good job my men ! Do not, I mean DO NOT fly it until I am present. I need to see it take off for the first time. Well, at least I would like to.
I'll bet those props sound sweeeeeeeet. Let's hope they run both for the same amount of time while in the air.
