I have done a couple of other planes into twin fuselage twins. I feel they fly better than a twin nacelle plane, especially on 1 engine. My experience, and recommendation, is to add a 14-inch center section and use two .61 or .75 engines. And a good strong dihedral brace. The plane will probably end up too heavy for two .46s. You won't have the speed or vertical performance of a single.

My two are a twin fuselage World Models Sky Raider Mach II with 2 OS .46AXs (after a short stint with 2 GMS .47s) and a Phoenix Models Sonic .25 with two OS .46LAs. Both are excellent fliers.
