Top Flite Cessna 310 Electric conversion
I picked up a top flite Cessna 310 from Tower hobbies scratch and dent. Saved a ton of cash on it. I would like to convert this to electric, Has anyone out there done this? Will it really fly good with .46 eletric equivelent? I will be testing the electric components in a Seagull Duel Ace. I am planning on using Rimfire 42-60-800 outrunners with 80 amp speed controllers with 5 cell 18.5 volt 4000 Mah lipo's 15c. Any experiance, thoughts or ideas?

$365 shipped to me, The only thing is that the Rudder horn is missing. You have to watch s 7&d all the time to hit the really good deals.

RE: Top Flite Cessna 310 Electric conversion
I'd like to know two things about the Top Flite Cessna 310 Twin: 1) What brushless motors and speed controls should I use to take the place of the recommended 50 nitros? and 2) what screw-drive retracts are recommended for this model?
Thanks!
Eddie
