Thanks,
It was not as bad as I thought, I did more work than what was in the pic, glued the lid or (bottom I cutt off) back on last night, so except for the sqare all the way around from the exsacto blade it looks untuched.
Dose anyone have the grey paint color so I can paint over the seem?

The B-25 was one of the early models from KMP. I looked back at the thread ( 2008 ) and all the mods I did were discussed starting around post 200 . The biggest issue was the "droopy" wings. Other than that, the build was mostly uneventful. Post mortem on F82fan's crash seemed to be related to the gas pickup tube in one of the tanks possibly coming off in flight after a couple of years. When you assemble your tanks, solder dubro barbed sleeves to the ends and once you've installed your tygon tubing, add a tie wrap to keep things together for a long time.

My tanks are kinda buried in the nacelles so I just purchased 2 Roto flow 10 oz tanks for a conversion this winter. I would also install a tech-aero ultra ibec for my ignition battery. I have 1 3500 mAh nicd running both ignitions. Right now I use the choke servos to shut off the engines. Would rather eliminate the servos for an electronic switch.

I just finished the conversion for my tanks and traded out the choke servos for 2 Tech-Aero Ultra IBEC's. Also eliminated a battery so now I am down to 3. That will probably be about it for modifications for this year.

Good question. I have waiting since last August for TBM to get one for me. Anticipated delivery keeps getting pushed further down the line every time I contact them after a missed delivery date ( we're at about 6 missed dates now). I don't know what ESM is doing.
Having the same problem with a major retract manufacturer. I want to add brakes for flying off our club's 10,000 foot paved runway (yes ... 10,000 feet!) but was told to expect delivery at the end of January - to date, no brakes, no communication. What's going on with this hobby?

Personal preference mostly ... but some 4C tend to load up when inverted, especially in the 6 Oclock position.
Mine are set at 45 degrees off of 6 Oclock. They don't load up as much and this puts the exhaust at the 6 Oclock position. Here's what it looks like.
