Default looking for small twin

hi, was wondering if any one could help me. i'm looking for a small, but scale-looking, modern twin engine plane like a Piper Seminole or something that looks similar. ( IF what i'm even looking for exists lol)
I'm getting tired of lugging my bigger stuff around so i wanted to try a new project. i'd like a twin that takes .15's or even smaller, with min servos, which would be in the 40-50" wing span range and rtf or arf. If anyone knows where i could find such a plane or if you know if they make what i'm decsribing, i'd appreciate it! thanks!

I'm not aware of any Twin ARF's or kits that are available in what your looking for. You may have to bash a kit to get what your wanting. John at Northeast Aerodynamics has plans available for the Twin-Air .20 but that's the only one I can recall at the moment. Here's the link to that page;
http://ne-aero.com/twin-air2025planset.aspx

Good Luck finding one and please post a link to one if you find one. I was lucky in finding a Twin-Air .20 kit on eBay awhile back. Paid dearly for it but I wanted it so...

Hobbyco twinstar almost fits your requirements. takes stanard servos for the flight controls though.

Hey Iron,

The only ARF I know of that is a twin that is relatively small would be C-160. It uses 20 to 25s has a fiberglass fuse, tails and wings are done. Has a 72" wing span though and does use reg. servos. But is easy to fly, easy to finish and breaks down quick and easy. The only other option I can think of is the Cessna SkyMaster 337, Is a Twin but pusher/tractor configuration, only has a 60" wingspan and uses 20s. Best of luck.

It is a little bigger than you are looking for, but would make a good looking plane. Takes .46's. I'm a sucker for a Commander.

Pretty scale
Shrike Commander 49" WS for 2 049 glow or 400 outrunners. Plan #640 from RCM.
This was also kitted by Ace some years ago.

Not scale but a neat vintage.
Jr Skylark for 2 .020 glo. 37"WS
google for a free plan.
I just finished one enlarged 10% to 42"WS. & used a pair of 400 TX outrunners.
Added ailerons & rudder. It came out to 24 oz & has vertical performance.
Excellent flyer!

I'd plumb forgotten that I have that Ace Shrike Commander kit stashed back. I traded for it years ago after the person who'd started it lost interest. Maybe I'll dig it out and put a pair of brushless motors on it. Then again I may put it up for sale. Hmmm.......

You noticed that too. I thought the same thing this morning. Maybe he gave up when no one answered him in the first week.

I was afraid you'd say that. I did try to watch the video but for some reason I can't play the RCU videos on my computer. There's lots of video's I miss out on because of this ancient computer but on my disability, with teens still at home & the wife only able to work part-time...It's all we can afford. Can't even afford to buy another used van for myself or get mine fixed. So anyway I'll have to make do with this computer and hope & pray it doesn't go down. I'm also depending on my flying buddy to pick me up and go flying when he does. Sure has cut into my flying big time not having transportation now.

I just purchased this kit and have only one thing to say about it-WOW, what a nice lazer cut scale kit!
My Shrike is being outfitted with HET retracts.
