I'm new here and not sure if this is the right place for my project but I give it a try!
I have plans to build a camera crane that can be controlled with a rc transmitter. I already have a gimbal for my DSLR that can be controlled with my transmitter, now I want the crane itself to be controlled. I have played around a bit with quadcopters and now wonder if a flight controller can be a suitable controller for this too. I want the crane to lift, lower and rotate the crane.
Is it possible to get the flight controller to control the crane?
The parts I have thought of using is:
Hobbyking KK.2.1.5
2x Turnigy 6374-192kv (one to lift and lower and one for the rotation.)
2x Turnigy 100A ESC
I will use car/MC batteries depending on the voltage I need.
