I helped a student with one of these last year. He added one foot to the length of the bag and used a GWS flight pack for power. It needed nearly 6 oz of balast to keep it down.
I would also suggest a more simple controls system. Rigidly mount the motor and prop and have a rudder and elevator in the prop wash

So you don't think that I should use the trust to control the blimp?
Also is there a model out there that can use forward and backward thrust with a JR Quatro 4ch
