The head is really quite bad but $99, it's cheap. Mine has a lot of play and I know how to tune these birds.
I've kind of given up on the 22E and the blue head is too expensive considering a bare bones 36 is $68. It's fine for kicking around but seriously, you can get [link=http://www.tedani.com/sjm-400-3d-without-motor-p-905.html]a sjm full cnc heli[/link] for about the same price as the cnc head and I have all the electronics spare to run it.

The screw in your head may be loose. The blue head should not be able to slide up and down on the shaft. Also make sure the brass knurled nut is tight.

I don't think I understand. Do you mean you can twist the blades, or the blue block rocks from side to side, or what? I'd say I get very little head movement, and that's how it should be. If I try to rock the head/blades up and down, there's no movement. If I try to twist the blades (one towards me, one away from me) I get a little movement. I would think the less the better, but I don't think you can eliminate all of the slop. If I try to lift straight up on the head while holding the heli down, I get no movement.
Can you elaborate on your problem or post pictures?
