Default Replacing Dragonfly Electronics...help

I recently made a trade for a FEDA dragonfly, which I am slowly finding out may have been a bad move. Both the reciever and the gyro seem to be burnt out. Anyways, Im looking to replace these two things, and I am wondering what would be a good replacement option. I dont want to spend to much on this heli, I just want to get it in the air. Also, just how bad are these FEDA dragonflies? I've heard mixed reviews. I'm new to the heli world so its just something to mess around with. Thanks.
