Default tail blade problem

Hi I'm new to this.....I am getting to grips with the LAMA 3 but I have not flown the Walkera 60 properly yet. The problem arose when the aeral mangaged to get itself rapped around the tail propshaft. Now when it starts up it spins round on the ground. When I examined the tail rotor it, was moving well in one direct - but not the other - hence it is not capable of counteracting the spin of the main blades. no amount of stick or trim will alter the pitch of the rear blades in the clockwise direction - any ideas?

Listen your tail blades operate on pitch, kind of like the main blades. First make sure you servo is neutral at 90°. Now make sure the servo is at the right angle so that the rod is as straight as possible. If that is fine you adjust the rear pitch by sliding the servo mount on the tail boom forward or back. I watch the servo to see if it spins less when it pushes or pulls, i.e. use the throttle stick left/right and watch. If it's when it pulls move the servo away from the tail, etc..
