walkera 22e help
HEy GUy's,
I am new to this whole experience. I have a 9083 2ch heli.It is not a bad heli. Anyway I wanted something more so I bought a Walkera 22E. I had not researched it at all because I got a really good deal on it. Now I see that there is a lot of problems. Ok, this is really stupid. I am looking at this controller. How do I get the heli started. What do I move and adjust. I tried to getthe motor to turn and then like a dummy I just started moving levers around and all of a sudden the heli shot up and broke my ball linkages. I got my new parts. What do I need to do or steps to take to get the rotor blades turning and get it functioning? Please help. This is way more harder than my 2ch.
Thanks,

RE: walkera 22e help
Yep, it's way harder than your 2ch. The first thing you have to know is ALWAYS turn on the transmitter before connecting the battery to the helicopter and ALWAYS disconnect the battery before turning off the Tx. You should turn on the Tx, make sure the throttle stick and trim are all the way down, make sure the FLIGHT MODE switch is set to "N", then plug in the battery. The green light on the heli will flash while it's intializing and you shouldn't move the helicopter while it is. Then the light will go solid. Now it's armed and ready to fly.
Take it slow. These things are much tougher to fly than what you thought. Take a look at [link=http://www.dream-models.com/eco/flying-index.html]Radd's School of Rotary Flight[/link]. You can find lot's of help in the 22E Let's talk thread. You might want to read the first few pages.
Good luck!
