need help on removing the gears !!!!

Do I have to take apart the frame in order to change the 2 gears on the heli or there is an easier way?
I just don't want to have to do this if I can avoid it.

I have removed the main shaft but the bearings and the gears don't seem to get out of there unless I split the frame which of course means major work.
Anyone ?

You neglected to say which helicopter you have.
Check the forum for the heli you have, you will probably get all the info you need there.
