Hi everyone ..
thought i would post a few lines as regards r/c tanks being a new member myself...
have made and flown r/c planes in the past and thought would give tanks a try
have been watching this forum for last couple of weeks and i am amazed at the amount
of information you guys post here.. and grateful
have just bought a hl tiger 1 that i am going to modify now that i know where to come for info
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4p-eWdycK_w worked fine straight out of box till drive wheel fell
off ... just a loose screw (mmmm think i heard my good lady muttering that )
ps how do you get the link to show up so you just have to click on it

The drive wheel on the right always seems to give trouble on the HL Tiger. It seems to me that it's not quite in line with the rest of the wheels and the track keeps trying to pull it off.

tanks for the vid

interchanging the tracks side(l to r) have helped me .

watching it ,made me think to tell you new owners ,
the rear idler wheel is the week spot of the tank,do`nt ever knock them hard.
have broken one in reverse ,had to repair it (glue).

i do`nt backward anymore in scary condition

I've never broken on..and hope I never do!

I hope once I get the metal upgraded tracks and Sprockets/idlers everything will work fine.
