This was sent to me by my mother and I was wondering I simply copied and pasted it here for you guys to read. What in the hell is wrong with this guy? I cannot believe this is what our leader thinks about our military.....very sad.

Jon Stewart, led to President Obama abandoning his proposal
to require veterans carry private health insurance to cover the
estimated $540 million annual cost to the federal government of
treatment for injuries to military personnel received during their
tours on active duty. The President admitted that he was puzzled
by the magnitude of the opposition to his proposal.

these guys go to war. They had to have known and accepted the risks.
Now they whine about bearing the costs of their choice? It doesn't compute.."
"I thought these were people who were proud to sacrifice for their country,

facing the worst financial crisis in its history, I'd have thought that the patriotic
thing to do would be to try to help reduce the nation's deficit..

Please pass this on to every one including every vet and their families whom you know. How in the world did a person with this mindset become our leader?

I don't want to get political, but I would research this a bit on my own. It sounds too bizarre to be actually true. Maybe Jon Stewarts comedic bit had these words in it, but I find it impossible to believe that a president would actually say this.

I am a Canadian, and we have our own car of clowns to keep in check, so I don't follow your clowns to closely, but these statements seem unbelivable to me.

President Obama has done and said some pretty outrageous things but this is not one of them.

Hey Swathy...good to hear from you again. You back?

While Pres Obama portrays attitudes that would lend credence to this sort of statement, it's not something that he has said. If for no other reason, that would be political suicide, even amongst his fellow party members.

I am a retired U.S.Army Non-Commissoned Officer with a 50% service-connected disability and have been paying for my medical insurance through TriCare Prime for 15 years. The entire statement is pure BS.
