Default Purchase Help needed...

Hi Gerhard,

I am a happy user of weatronic systems .I have two 72 10-20 's and 2 micro 10ch and transmitter module for my jr 10x.
Unfortunately I am not as happy with the company and service (Weatronic) as their prodcts.
I am trying to purchase recievers accesoiries etc. However with absolutly no reply from Germany.
I guess they do not want to sell to Turkey.
I have obtained the recievers and module through some dealer in Germany, but probably as you well know I have not found anyone able to send UPS so I can get it before 2 weeks.German companies are far away from being as flexible as companies in the US.

Finally I would kindly like to ask you if it would be possible for me to order from You. I need a 2.4 12r-22 a stump antenna ,600 mm coaxial cable and an extra 10 chanel micro.

It2s really a shame...Weatronic products are soo good.

Thanks in advance.

Eray, you have my sympathy, not sure they want to sell to Australia either !!
I cannot get any response, telephone or email, to my request for the purchase of more receivers and accessories. Bizarre !

Regards, David Gladwin.

I managed to get thru on telephone to them a couple of times just before christmas (had a number of receivers on order, finally got them), but it was not easy!
It's a pity.....

However, lindinger (www.lindinger.at) has their complete range on their website, only problem is they only have some of the combo sets and one of the micro receivers on stock at the moment

OK,
so I just grabbed the phone, and there was immediate response [8D]
They have had 2 weeks vacation, and are now back and kicking.
I told them that some people around the globe are a little worried, and they will do whatever they can to improve.
They have had some minor difficulties with availability of components, and some of the "other" radio manufacturers are sometimes giving them a hard time, but they are working 110% on the stuff !
I asked about other types of telemetry back from the receivers, they are working on that at the momemnt (I suggested some kind of data back from f.ex JetCat ECU's and other stuff).

So, it seems they are at least alive

They are definitely doing business, I placed an order on their website for a combo in time for their return to work on 4 January, and it arrived with me yesterday 12th January.

Somehow their web doesn't work for me...I try to order and end up with a message telling me to choose a 'shipping method'..But there is nothing to choose.I guess it has to do with having an adress in the EU or not..

I have had just the same problem with the ordering through their website. For some reason it doesn't give any options for shipping method?!? As far as I know Finland is part of EU so that can't be the problem...

Ended up ordering through a dealer...
