Smoke is not allowed at our field....

We are near interstate 95 and people kept calling in to 911
that a plane was crashing. The guys at the field told me one
day a helicopter and 5 fire trucks showed up, so they had
to ban the smoke systems

Hi Advent...

Good on ya for your choice..
Regarding the two servos for rudder, are you
planning to gang them together in the servo
tray area or installing them in the rudder cut
outs at the rear of the fuselage? I strongly
recommend, if you haven't already, that you
read all the threads pertaining to balancing the
Edge. If you know something the rest of us don't,
we'd love for you to share..
I'm finishing my second, and have used JR
DS8611s all around. Some of the guys have used
that servo on the rudder pull/pull system while
using HiTecs elsewhere on controls.
I hope you find this post beneficial, as that is
how it was intended.

Gerald

Rudder servo 1 - 5955TG

It looks like he's using the new Hitec stump puller for the pull-pull rudder, pretty clear to me.

I was planning on using one servo for the rudder in a pull/pull
setup. I read were the edge was a little harder to balance
with a DA50.

I am also thinking about the carbon fiber wing tube.
