Default DA 50

I would like to tell everyone here that I have finally gone DA in my Wild Hare Extra Special. I had set it up with a #W 60 the first few flights were okay but then the motor became nothing but trouble I got no support from the dealer at all In fact he still has my money for a carbon prop that he still has not sent (3 months) I sent it to the other dealer who was very responsive but could not fix the problem after several visits. I do not like to bash anyone but If you are in the market for an engine stay away from these people. I believe that they only give good support to the big money flyers. I think I have been spoiled by the Service provided by Wild Hare I strayed to the dark side for a while but if Tom will accept my apologies for the screwing around with orders I gave him (I will not stray again!!!) HA HA ! The plane flies a 100% better with the DA in it and now I am really having some fun. I have a new in the box Extra that I will be setting up just the same way (my first sustained crash damage which I managed to get fixed) Guess what motor is going in it. Later, Pat.

I never take offense at anything someone chooses to do with their money. I sell certain products because my experience has shown that my customers will probably be happy with them. I also stray from the reservation often in the name of R&D. What goes into my shop is about 3 times what comes out as products. People who like 3w engines are very loyal, but I have had good success with DA and so have an awful lot of my customers.
