What is the lastest. I heard April in another thread. Are we still on schedule and will there be a choice of a solid color?

The status is they are on the ship, on the way. Figure 3-4 weeks from now, I'd expect to see the shipment this month.

I did not order any solid color ones in this first batch.

This is hard to answer. It's a new product, we never know how well it will be asccepted. We have a pretty good sized batch coming, but if it really catches on we may sell out, I just don't know.

AJF-2
Have one on order, What motor? T-52 or maybe a 4.2 taurus? I'm in the market for another motor but can't make up my (almost) mind. I figure with smoke the will weight will be NO less than 18lbs. Any thoughts! Right now the T-52 is in a KANGKE WACO. Fly's like a MF. not over or under powered. 16.5 lbs.

We just spoke on the phone, I'm thinking weight will be about 16.5 lbs. with DA-50 or Brison 3.2.

You people are "killin me" here. Between the GP Pitts with the ZDZ 50 and the Miles Reed Challenger with my Taurus 52 (also a 69" bipe) the last thing I need is another bipe in the 50cc range. Just not sure I can stand by and let this one go past though. I was thinking that maybe one of the bipes would bite the dust--literally--and make the decision a lot easier.

If not and I have to get the whole package then the engine would be a Brison 3.2 because of the price and the fact that it is a super engine that has gone un-noticed since the arrival of ZDZ and DA. I am of the opinion that biplanes do not fly better with more power.

Since I got the radio stuff laying around and only need engine and plane, that means I can get in the air for about $1100.

I like the "Rasberry" colors-even if it is pink--just not the lines--that is the biggest issue. (Too many curves for a plane made with stright lines--just my opinion of course) I really wish it had the old school Goldberg "Bluehawk" scheme--which I still think is the best looking plane around.

I think I might get me an Ultimate now I got two Christen Eagles and you cant fly em both. I feel you on the moving part. I just ETS'd from the Army and it took me a week to get my stuff all situated. Still working on the plane room. I built my storage setup, but I still need to build my work bench.

I am thinking about giving the Taurus a try. I still have to maiden my other Christen eagle with the FPE 3.2. Will let everyone know how it goes. It seems really strong when I run it up on the ground.

Here you go Sal98. I have to agree with you on the scheme of the yellow one being better looking.

I have the planes in now, I'll post a pic as soon as I have time. Maybe I'll do a "here's what comes in the box" photo.

Here is a picture of what comes out of the box, yellow/black/gray on white.

It also shows how things are packed, in poly bags padded with foam sheet.

That plane is gorgeous! I'm so tempted to return the WM Ultimate I just received and buy your plane instead. (I got a great deal on the WM one... but that WH plane is too nice.)

Very, very nice. I'm looking forward to it. Hey Tom, what size spinner does it take?
