Hi guys !

How do you do the pushrods that comes with the Edge 540t....The 4-40 rods are juste a bit smaller then the hole in the CF rod... Am I missing something ?!! How do you did it ?!?

It sounds like you did not read the manual, the pushrods are made from all thread full length then a tube sleeve over it.

Read the directions.

Snug the nuts that come with the hardware pack down on the pushrod on both ends. I used a bit of locktite and a second nut on both sides to bind on the first nut. Just a bit of extra insurance. Once done, they are very rigid.

A method I stoll from my Helicopters is to take JB Weld and coat the threaded rod and then insert it into the carbon shaft. Makes that badboy stiff. After doing this and letting it cure there is no need for the end nuts either.

Hey Tom !

I read the manual but I'm a teen and french so I don't understand all the things written in the manual.. That's why I'm asking maybe questions where I can find answers in the manual...Anyway I think you guys saw that my grammar is not very well...

In my case, i saw the treaded rod and used 30min epoxy to glue the rod into the CF rod.
