Default Need help with Ultimate struts

I am trying to figure out what way the struts go on. The struts have stickers on them with the words up and down OK ha ha I do know the difference between up and down. Up is up and down is down. But this being my first Bi plane I'm not sure if what I'm seeing is the right way they go on. If I put the struts on with the word ( down )on the lower wing the words are ,up side down ?? also do the predrilled holes go to the out side or in side.?? If I put the struts on this way the strut goes out to the trailings edge of the wing. The manual does not have a clear picture of the strut on the wing. I looked at the Ultimate building thread but still not sure of my self what is the right way it goes on. Hope some one can shed light on this. One more thing do the blind nuts go on the tabs or are they in the wing struts and do the 4-40 screws go all the way though to the other side of the struts.

They really only fit one way. Look at the build thread page 2 and you will see.

TEST FIT ALL PARTS

Well it's a bit late to help you Jim but hope it will help the next person who reads this thread..

Don't believe everything you read! One of the struts in my kit was labeled backwards!
Up was actually down and down was up, go figure...

Like Ken pointed out, test fit everything!
