No they are not all sold yet. The box for the prototype was 16x17x64. Wing box is approx 27x40x6 (inches). I've asked them to reduce the box size so it can go by UPS but I do not know if they were able.

Shipping to Japan is surprisingly reasonable, I can get a quote if you contact me by email [email protected]. I do not like to discuss business online.

I just checked on the USPS website and these size boxes can be shipped via Parcel Post mail to my FPO address here in Japan.

Can you tell me where you found this information? All I have found is the following which would tend to rule out parcel post.

TF

Taken from the USPS web site

Size Limits - Parcel Post
The following size limits apply to rectangular parcel post packages sent to most destination countries:

Minimum length and width: 5-1/2 inches by 3-1/2 inches
Maximum length: 42 inches
Maximum length + girth combined: 79 inches

Some countries have larger size limits. Consult your local Post Office facility for the size limits that apply to the country to which you are mailing.

I used 96306 as the Zip Code. I am currently stationed on a US military base here in Japan and for parcel post the limit is 130 inches. It was $92 for the fuse box parcel post and $25 for the wing box by priority mail when I put the box size info in the USPS website.
