260 incidence question

260 incidence question
My 260 is close to her maiden flight. While setting the CG and final inspection, I checked the incidences. The wings were at 0, no problem. The right tail was -1 and the left was +1. I felt better that they were at least both the same. Is this the correct incidence? If not, will it be a big deal? I'm not worried about it, just currious.

The factory had some trouble getting elevators straight, we had some come through that were twisted, I'd bet this is your problem.
Look at it carefully from the rear with the counterbalances taped so they are flush with the stabs. If you can see the right TE up a little from the left TE then I have a new set of stabs for you, please call me if you need them.
