I installed the pull-pull in my 28% 300LX with crossed cables because with the cables run straight back, they rubbed on a fuse former. With crossed cables I just figured out that it causes a geometry problem and a slack cable on the "non-pull" side. Stupid me. Plus it also rubs a bit on the rear of the cable slot. How do you guys with 28% have your rudder pull-pull set up? Mine has a 3" arm on the 5955TG, horns set at exactly 3.0" total width, and the servo in the middle bay. Help me, I'm ignorant.

I have a 8611JR with a 3 inch SWB servo arm,, I ran my cables straight out the back,, what I done to eliviate alot of friction and or future problems,, I took a set of the GOLD-N-RODS the yellow and red hull pushrods(flexible),, and took the red shell and put over each of my pull pull cables,, I made them from almost all the way to the servo to out the fuse a 1/2 inch,, I took and used RC56 canopy glue to hold them in place at the exit slot at the back of the plane,,with the slick hard red plastic shells over them they slide with no friction all the way out of the exit hole.

I was thinking something along those lines, thanks. I re-did my setup last night with cables going straight back. It maintains cable tension perfectly now, but as the cables saw thru the wood they will slacken. The sheathing sounds like the way to go.
