Servos for a WH Ultimate????

Servos for a WH Ultimate????
I need some help choosing servos for a WH Ultimate please.
Instructions say 120 oz on Elevators (3.5kg) - 80 oz on Ailerons (2.3kg) and 180 oz on rudder (5.1kg) - that doesnt sound a lot for a plane this size.
I am thinking about Hitec HS5925MG for everything except rudder. They are 9.2kg in an unbelievable 0. 08 seconds on 6 volts - is that madness in the overkill department??? (They cost £55 - about 100 US Dollars over here (UK))
I am thinking about a Hitec 5745 MG mounted underneath the tail end of the fus for the rudder - 12kg (425 oz) and the brute weighs 146g - that should help balance the Zenoah 62 at the other end!!??
Any help or advice most welcome.

I suggest 5645s instead of the 5625s. You do not need the extra speed of the 5625, but can always use the added torque of the 5645. In fact the 5625s speed may cause it to be a little too responsive.
The 5745 is fine on rudder.
