Hey guys,
i have my wild hare edge540t 28% and i bought HS-5625MG for Ailarons and Elevators and a HS-5945MG for the rudder my question is are there servos sufficient for this plane. I can upgrade if needed in a few months. But i opted for the faster minium requirement servos with 131oz of tourqe on 6v...
Any ideas appreciated dudes...
Regards
Monte

What you have will work both ok and fine. The ok part is for the 5645 because they don't center as well as they could, but they are fast with a lot of torque. The fine part is for the 5945. Don't plan on any knife edge loops with that servo unless you do everything perfect, but for just about anything else it will work great.
I don't know about the pricing on your continent, but if it was possible to exchange the 5645's for 5925's without a bunch of cash exchanged, or hassle, it would work better.

I did the first 10 flights on my 33% Extra 260 with 5625's in the tail, held up just fine. I changed them out for stronger servos but it was just for piece of mind, not because they weren't strong enough. I'm sure they will do your 28% just fine for as long as you own it. My 30% Carden has 5625's on all of its surfaces<( 2 on the rudder) & after 2 years and probably 300 flights, I just ordered new gears for all 6 of 'em. The 5945 & 5925 servos are better no doubt, but there is nothing at all wrong with the 5600 series when it comes to sport flying. Some people give 'em a bad rap, I like 'em.

My 28% edge is set up with 5645's and a 5945 on rudder. I have zero complaints....
I suggest you install what you have and if for some reason you don't like the performance you can replace later. I don't see reliability being an issue.

I've purchased 5945s for everything but the rudder and for that I purchased a JR 8611. Sounds like with the advice of the people on this thread you will be okay with what you have though.
